I’d say it’s partially true and to be honest it probably applies to me. However at my wedding my wife’s family really went to town on the buffet. We ran out of food! 😂

I know I wrote in this place once today, earlier it was political, now here are some of my thoughts on this place. I admit that I liked sitting here, it gave me some thoughts and opinions on some of the topics that I have often announced. I am perfectly aware that I know very little about security and which wallets to use, etc. hence I often prefer to read your opinions rather than comment, but I really think this place is a great place.

Busy day today. I'll get my hiking post written and posted later today. It will be about our family hike to Garabaldi Lake. The lake you see in my first hiking post is Garabaldi Lake, but that was seen high up from Panorama Ridge and this week we go straight to the waters.
reply
The landscape is beautiful, I love the shades of blue and how they play with the mountains. Judging by the snow at the bottom, I can't imagine how cold the lake must be. How great those activities are, getting out of the routine, being away from the city and being able to enjoy the family, they are unparalleled experiences that the children will always remember.
reply
Thanks! The post is written and posted if you're interested in checking it out. #568115
I don't remember exactly, but I believe the lake water was probably in the high single digit Celsius temperature range. My kids were able to play with the water, but it is glacier melted water, so the temperature isn't very high. My wife and I both enjoy hiking a lot, so we take our kids and force them to go on various different hikes with us. I don't think they enjoy them, but they have no choice at this age, haha.

Nomad Hack of today - using a travel phone.
I have one travel phone with me, and there's almost nothing there, mainly a translator app and a map; I'm using it with Silent link for the internet, this could be really handy when you need to show taxi drivers where to go or when around strangers, and it's quite annoying that ppl love to ask to connect on social media these days and disbelieve when you said that you don't use them, or always taking photos to share online, it's like voluntarily giving out data... unbelievable.
reply
Nowadays I think about that a lot, thank you for sharing so I can release this comment. They literally led us to believe that sharing every aspect of our lives on the networks was normal, while we were only willingly giving away the data so that they could train their AI models and implement their rigorous spying algorithms and use our data more sensitive and of every aspect of our lives. It's been a while since I stopped using IG or FB and posting my photos there. but until recently I was one more in the WS states and today, understanding better how all these big technologies treat our data, I am step by step separating myself from Google and all social networks. Nowadays I am only active on Tweeter (Nuevo X) and SN
reply

yes, it's insane...and ppl might find you strange when you say no to photos. 😂
and it's not just about how these big technologies treat our data but how others can easily know many things about you, e.g., what you like, where you live, what you do or who your loved one or friends are...

Took time to articulate my personal values.
What are my personal values?
Fun has got to rank highest in my personal values. Although I come across as an intellectual, I’m actually rather playful and like to inject fun into everything I do. I think if something is fun, it makes it more emotionally appealing, so people will have a more lasting impression. I am also enterprising. I pride myself in being an early adopter of novel technologies. I like to try new ways of doing things to see if I can achieve different or more effective results. It is linked to my value of fun because I find taking on new challenges fun. My last value is networking. I delight in meeting new people and cooperating with them on projects, Learning different points of view helps me identify my blind spots and sharpen my thinking. Not to mention how variety is the spice of life!
What are your top 3 personal values?

Nobody knows which is the next universe you will reborn. We are living a multiple versions of our own universe. A very good and interesting new series about this subject is the Dark Matter TV series. I think is also an old movie with the same name. Very interesting.

Most people have a full measure of life and most of them seem to waste it… or have it wasted for them.
reply
I think that is not possible to not waste a part of your life… That’s human. The problem is when you waste the entire life doing nothing or dealing with meaningless things…
reply
Or having itwasted for you by financial oppression or enforced servitude

I guess that's the first part of life for everyone, some manage to see the light and escape.

Once you have established who is in court and they have each identified themselves and confirmed their individual oaths, it would be advisable to confirm the case number.
The case number allows easy and unique reference to specific civil and criminal cases. Such as:
  1. Identifying the year the case was filed.
  2. The office in which it was filed.
  3. The judicial officer whom it was assigned to.
Note: everything that occurs within these courts is all commerce, including criminal cases. Meaning a “criminal charge” is still brought forward for financial gain, resulting in the creation of a prison certificate, which is securitised and sold on the debt market.
Once a case number has been created, it is applied to a Memorandum of Consent and Case management files.
Note: it is important to note that the one being accused must sign these documents for the court to move forward. Without a signature, the court is committing fraud if the court continues.
On the Case management files there will be a declaration box that must be signed by you.
One of the deceptions, or frauds, to get around the signing of this document, if you decline, is to get it signed by someone else on your behalf.
Meaning it can either be signed by you or your solicitor; however the solicitor will not tell you this otherwise he will lose his commission.
Furthermore, you must sign this document to excuse the jury, or the court has no jurisdiction and cannot proceed.
The jury must be excused before judgment can be made, so they cannot be held liable for their decision, unless intent to defraud is discovered.

correct, I noticed many ppl's childish behaviors could come from their childhood; if you don't manage to heal yourself, then the problems keep passing down or getting worse.
I guess it takes a lot of self ware to raise healthy kids? @Undisciplined

I actually subscribe to the view that parenting matters a lot less than people think.
There’s some pretty compelling evidence that genetics far outweigh home environment.
reply
genetics far outweigh home environment
but aren't genetics part of the home environment?
reply
No. In this area of research, they separate the two.
Some siblings are raised in separate homes, so they share genetics, but not home environment. Biological siblings raised apart end up more similar than adoptive siblings raised together.
reply
that's really interesting!
reply
It blew my mind when I read about it. Bryan Caplan has a great summary of the research in his book Selfish Reasons to Have More Kids.
One of the few important things you can impact as a parent is how your kids will feel about their childhood. That's good enough reason for me to try to do a good job.

excellent! I identify quite a bit with your post since it is almost a life motto for me, and it is something that I always repeat to the people I have talked to "Everything in this life is a matter of perspective" and looking in the right or wrong direction is essential to define our results, projects and our way of life in general! and knowing if we are on the right or wrong side will always be defined by the perspective we give it.
