Cocktail of the day: South SideCocktail of the day: South Side

Sitting here on my couch, I am beginning to run out of ideas for the daily cocktail recommendation. Looking at the gin falling short, and having fresh mint at home, why not go for a South Side. So here it is:

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
3-4 drops saline solution
5 mint leaves

Instructions:
Add the mint leaves and lemon juice into a shaker and gently muddle. Add the gin and simple syrup with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leave.
