Cocktail of the day: Pineapple Mojito
Since I have pinapple juice to use up and fresh mint at home, why not combine them? So here we go, get ready for summer!
Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz agave nectar
3-4 drops saline solution
5 mint leaves
Instructions:
Add the mint leaves and lime juice into a shaker and gently muddle. Add the rum and agave nectar with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with pineapple.
