The tropical cocktail—a mix of rum, coconut, pineapple—dates to the 1950s and has been satisfying vacationers and Tiki aficionados since.

Ingredients:
2 oz White Rum
2 oz cream of coconut
6 oz pinapple juice
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Shake with cubed ice vigorously but briefly to combine. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
