Cocktail of the day: The Isle of Martinique
Since I got my new Tiki book, Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails by Shannon Mustipher, I have been serving drinks from it. I had to make a drink for @denlillaapan from it. He's visiting to see his goddaughter.
Ingredients:
2 oz Plantation Fiji Rum
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3-4 drops saline solution
Instructions:
Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora class with a fine mash strainer. Garnish with lime in any form.
