Cocktail of the day: One LoveCocktail of the day: One Love

At the graduation ceremony this summer, the students presented me with tiki mugs! (I trained them so well) I will use these mugs today to make a special Tiki in honour of these special students!

Ingredients:
2 oz Coconut infused Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice. Shake well and pour into a tiki mug over ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and other tropical items!
