So, I just found out I'm a STATUTORY "residents" alien thing,
26 usc 7701 (b)(1)(A)
This means because I do not have a State, so I cannot claim to be a state citizen. Which usually accompanied being the 14th amendment citizen.
However, I can just maintain sovereignty just by not agreeing to any contracts. Doesn't this essentially make me stateless?? Very confusing on this part.

States have citizenship, but since US citizens are federal citizens, the state citizens are now referred to as nationals.
The territories are another thing which I don't know enough about to comment.
And Hamstr is right, it does not matter if she does not contract as citizen
if this is correct, I'm natural born citizen. Correct me if I'm wrong. Because 14th amendment becomes N/A so THEY have to FIND a box to PUT me in.
